On a Windows NT machine, be sure you have administrator privledges
before starting the installation.

The help files in this package require Internet Explorer 5.0 or newer.
If you get a message about needing a newer version of hhctrl.ocx
or if help is not working, you also need to download and run:
http://hspf.com/pub/misc/hhupd.exe

Since some new system files are included in this release, you may
need to restart Windows after some files have been updated before
continuing with the installation. On the other hand, you may
have some newer files already installed than are included here,
so when it says "The file you are about to install is not newer"
you should answer "Yes" you want to keep the file.

If you are using MapObject LT in a development environment, you
will need to reinstall it after installing this program because of
a quirky licensing scheme used by ESRI.
