This program downloads daily flow values from the USGS web site:

http://waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis

The first step is selecting the geographic area of interest by state or HUC.
A minimum number of observations can be specified to filter out stations 
with only a few observations.
A list of stations in the area of interest is downloaded from the USGS web site.
This list can be edited to remove unwanted stations.
A directory needs to be specified for saving flow data, then the data
can be downloaded.

On a Windows NT machine, be sure you have logged in as administrator
before starting the installation.

Since some system files are included in this package, you may need 
to restart Windows after some files have been updated. After restarting, 
continue the installation by running the installer again.

Troubleshooting Potential Installation Problems:

If you see an error about ComCat.dll (Unable to register the DLL),
click Ignore. The installation should proceed successfully.
