2.0.6d (9/4/2001)

  This patch should only be run after installing GenScn 2.0.6.
  This patch includes the updates in 2.0.6a, b, and c.

New changes in this patch:

  New 2-timeseries comparison statistics in GenScn (frmGenScnCompare)
  Correlation coefficient/Coefficient of determination, 
  Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient/Coefficient of model fit efficiency

  New timeseries attribute: Geometric Mean (ATCclsTserData)

  Added File/Save Headers menu to Timeseries Data list window. 
  This saves timeseries statistics to a text file. (frmTSlist)

  Sped up Locations/All With Data function (frmGenScn)

  Removed warning when locations with data are not on map (ATCoMap.ctl)

  Improved BASINS observed water quality import

  Fixed crash when changing drive while saving grid or graph (ATCoBrowse)

  Started to use FastCollection (FColl.dll)

  Adding new data files in or below the folder contatining the
  project's .sta file no longer gives an error message. (frmGenScnManageProject)

  WinHSPF correction for output format of exponential values.

  Filling reach details sped up by skipping distance calculation
