2.0.6b (8/2/2001)

  This patch should only be run after installing GenScn 2.0.6.
  This patch includes changes in 2.0.6a.

New changes in this patch:

  Default colors of graph lines can now be specified in GraphColors.txt

  Animation is now affected by the date control (frmGenScn DoAnal)

  Scenario Save Asnow operates properly with more than one WDM file
  referenced in EXT TARGETS block. (GenAct cmdOpt_Click)

  Generating a new time series not based on an exisiting one now works.
  (frmTSnew AddRemoveDates)

  WDM files added to project are now usable before saving and reloading 
  project (GenProj cmdAdd_click)

  Unloading of all forms when main form closes has been tweaked.
  Application should now close more easily. 
  (frmGenScn Form_Unload, GraLis, Gentry p.ExternalForms)

  Aver/Same disaggregation fixed (ATCclsTserData Aggregate)  

  Unnecessary "Save changed status file?" removed (BatchGenScn OpenHspfMsg)

  Scenario buttons re-enabled when Activate screen is closed (GenAct Unload)

  WinHSPF corrected error interpreting met segments.

  WinHSPFLt fixed startup directory problem (modWinHspfLt Main)

  Reading EFDC output files now treats bed elevation as time series.
  (ATCTSFile clsTSerEFDC)

  Profile plot branch selection sped up a little for projects with
  many datasets and hourglass added. (GenPPlt SelectBranch)

  Filling reach details sped up by skipping distance calculation
  on load. Calculation now only done in GenPPlt. (Gentry FillReachDetails)

  Fixed some difficulties loading data and maps for different
  directories (frmGenScn OpenStatusFile)
