  This patch should only be run after installing GenScn 2.0.6.

Changes in this patch:

  WinHSPF corrected error interpreting met segments.
  (ATCoHSPF HspfMetSeg, HspfMetSegRec)

  WinHSPFLt fixed startup directory problem (modWinHspfLt Main)

  Reading EFDC output files now treats bed elevation as time series.
  (ATCTSFile clsTSerEFDC)

  Profile plot branch selection sped up a little for projects with
  many datasets and hourglass added. (GenPPlt SelectBranch)

  Filling reach details sped up by skipping distance calculation
  on load. Calculation now only done in GenPPlt. (Gentry FillReachDetails)

  Fixed some difficulties loading data and maps for different
  directories (frmGenScn OpenStatusFile)
